I can't believe that it's been so long since I've last posted. Needless to say I've been a busy bee.
So today I want fan girl you about Uber. In case you don't know what it is, it is a driving service that comes in super handy when I'm planning to go anywhere around SF.
You basically download the app on your smartphone and you can also access your account online here. I'm honestly still getting the hang of it but every time I use Uber it's always been really convenient and much more affordable than driving or taking a cab.
Best part is that once you have a driver you can request them to go anywhere. Need to stop by and ATM? Sure! Can you pick up a friend along the way? Okay! It's really a wonder why I haven't done this sooner.
No more worrying about parking, gas, tickets, DUI's (you know who you are) and all the other things that can happen when driving.
What's also great is that they have a program where if you ride with a friend's code you both get $20 to use later on. There's a ton of promotions that Uber releases that makes it ridiculous not to take advantage of.
For those wondering, my code is UBERITIS as in the title. Once you download the app, go to promotions and enter it as the promo code. You will also get your own promo code to share with your friends, or anyone looking to score a quick $20 credit.
