The quickest of blurbs because today is busy and I don't anticipate much rest.
Have a birthday to go to and since the theme was Strawberry Shortcake I thought to make some strawberry cupcakes.
Now this is actually not a scratch cake since I was lacking ingredients but my doctoring of things make it taste better than regular cake mix and give it a different consistency.
The vanilla ganache was just plain and simple. I didn't have a good "natural" strawberry ganache recipe so I opted for vanilla bean since it's a safer choice regarding allergies.
